August 13, 2020 – Germinator Mobile Sanitizing and Disinfecting continues to make its mark in different states across the U.S., as residents are protecting their businesses and homes with the company's innovative, two-step process of sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces. The number of positive reviews to date, combined with the high rate at which Germinator's services are being provided, are fueling the company's mission of providing communities with a safe, effective and non-toxic method of proper sanitizing and disinfecting.
With the continued success of the company, more motivated and hard-working individuals are coming aboard and helping to solidify Germinator's vision to provide a more hygienic, sanitary environment for all. Germinator is proud to announce the launch of franchises in three new territories. Germinator Bangor in Maine, Germinator Rhode Island and Germinator Oklahoma City are now officially open to the public. The new franchises will offer a 100% safe and non-toxic sanitizing and disinfecting process, utilizing breakthrough technology scientifically proven to help reduce the threat of harmful bacteria and viruses similar to the novel coronavirus.
Germinator started back in 2015 when Jeff Gill, the company's founder and CEO, was in search of a way to create a cleaner environment for the businesses and homes he provided service for with his other business, Sir Grout, a grout and tile restoration company. Now in 2020, amid the pandemic, the public has become far more aware of the need for the highest possible standard of quality cleaning — and what Germinator uses does far more.
The new Germinator franchises that continue to open are truly making an impact on their communities while also helping to spread awareness about the importance of creating and sustaining hygienic environments. Germinator provides a safe, non-toxic and effective method to help reduce the threat of viruses and bacteria. The company is changing the way families and business maintain an optimal environment during COVID-19, which can be maintained well into the future.
Matt Banoub, founder of a Rhode Island-based weatherization company, has begun operating Germinator's services in his home state.
"The advancement of healthy housing and building science has been my life's work, but 2020 presented new challenges to keeping our indoor environments safe and hygienic," said Banoub. "Germinator Rhode Island utilizes a non-toxic treatment process to sanitize and disinfect your home or business, which is safe for you and your pets. We are committed to providing the highest quality mobile sanitizing and disinfecting services for residential, commercial and institutional clients in Northern Rhode Island and its surrounding communities."
Pete Philbrick will lead operations for Germinator Bangor, which will service neighborhoods throughout Aroostook County, Hancock County, Kennebec County, Knox County, Penobscot County, Piscataquis County, Somerset County, Waldo County and Washington County. Born and raised in Bangor, Philbrick has always been passionate about serving the people of Maine.
"Health and safety have always been priorities for me and my family, as my wife works at the hospital in Bangor and our two children are enrolled in the public-school system," said Pete Philbrick. "Owning a Germinator franchise was a natural transition for us and gives us the ability to ensure that homes and businesses are properly sanitized and disinfected. We are proud to do our part in helping to reduce the threat of germs, bacteria and viruses, while simultaneously helping to keep Maine's economy and tourism moving ahead. Our goal is to create a safe and more comfortable environment for visitors and the people of Maine."
The third franchise in Oklahoma City will be owned and operated by Tom Smith, who has accumulated 32 years of experience as a marketing director working with businesses all over the country. He also has an extensive background in the oil and gas industry, managing drilling-related operations as well as having part ownership in an oilfield service company.
"I'm excited to begin working with Germinator to bring a safer option to businesses and residents throughout the community," said Smith. "The frequency at which people sanitize and disinfect has significantly increased amid the pandemic. I wanted to provide the community with a safe and non-toxic option. Unlike many disinfectants that use harsh chemicals, Germinator uses hypochlorous acid (HOCl) as part of its process, which is naturally produced by white blood cells in the human body and is even used for wound care."
The company is proud to have added three new business owners to its family of franchisees and looks forward to sharing success with them throughout every step of their journey. Germinator Mobile Sanitizing and Disinfecting is also excited to continue implementing its two-step process inside of business and homes throughout the country and to continue educating the public on its innovative process, which benefits communities as they try to normalize daily life during these challenging times.
